Cameras

MoyStream works with everything — from built-in webcams to professional cameras. Add up to 16 camera sources and switch between them in real time.

Webcam

Your computer's built-in or USB webcam is ready to use the moment you open Studio. Just allow camera access and it appears in your camera grid.

Works with any USB or built-in webcam
No drivers or extra software needed

Phone as Camera

Turn any smartphone into a wireless camera. Scan a QR code from Studio and your phone instantly becomes a high-quality camera source. Works over Wi-Fi or mobile data — so your phone camera can be anywhere in the world.

Scan the QR code from the MoyStream mobile app or your browser
Works over Wi-Fi or mobile data from any location

Professional Cameras

Connect professional cameras, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and camcorders through a capture card or any device that presents itself as a webcam. MoyStream sees any camera source your computer recognizes.

Use capture cards like Elgato, AVerMedia, or Blackmagic
Any device recognized as a camera source works

Camera Grid

See all your cameras at a glance in the camera grid. Each camera shows a live thumbnail preview so you always know what's happening on every angle. Click any camera to send it to Preview or directly to Main.

Camera Switching

Switch cameras manually with a click, use keyboard shortcuts for instant switching, or let Smart Switching choose the best angle automatically. You can also connect a MIDI controller for hardware-based switching.

MoyStream Bridge

Bridge turns the Companion desktop app into a local capture gateway. Connect professional capture cards, SDI/HDMI devices, or any hardware camera that your computer recognizes but that can't be accessed from a browser — and stream them directly into your Studio session over your local network.

Capture cards, SDI/HDMI converters, and any OS-level camera source
Requires the MoyStream Companion app installed on the same machine as the capture device

NDI Sources & Output

MoyStream speaks NDI natively — both as a receiver and a sender. Discover NDI sources on your local network (cameras, video mixers, capture devices broadcasting NDI) and pull them directly into your Studio canvas. Activate NDI Output to publish your Studio canvas as an NDI source visible to any NDI-compatible software or hardware on your network.

Receive: discover and add any NDI source on your local network as a camera
Send: activate NDI Output to expose your canvas as an NDI source for any NDI-compatible receiver
